De e-mail, de inhoud ervan en alle overeenkomsten die op basis van de e-mail of de inhoud ervan worden gesloten, worden exclusief beheerst door Belgisch recht. Enkel de rechtbanken van Brussel (België) zijn bevoegd voor geschillen betreffende de e-mail, de inhoud ervan of overeenkomsten gesloten op basis van de e-mail of de inhoud ervan.

The e-mail, its contents and all agreements made on the basis of the e-mail and its contents are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Only the courts of Brussels (Belgium) are competent regarding to any dispute concerning the e-mail, its content or agreements made on the basis of the e-mail.
